I joined TMC eight years ago in an administrative role with not much experience. I was treated as a valuable employee from the start and was given room to grow and learn skills that have helped me pivot to a completely different type of role than I started in. I feel that TMC listens to their employees, and over the years the benefits offered have grown.
I have worked for TMC for the past nine years and I plan to work for this company until I retire! I love working for this company! There are opportunities for personal and professional growth, good work/life balance, and a company that is focused on providing excellence. I have had great Area Managers, a strong therapy team, and wonderful patients. I love working here!
